John Adams’ words of wisdom still apply
“Power always thinks it has a great soul and vast views beyond the comprehension of the weak; and that it is doing God’s service when it is violating all His laws.”
John Adams, 2nd US president
This quote was used by yours truly in a March 2013 post concerning lurching budget crises and sore losers:
Now if you’re curious about things unseen and are aware that many goings-on have been hidden which concern the founding of America, you may dare to try:
In relation to the above info, here’s a quote from Michael Howard’s book The Occult Conspiracy which mentions that an ancestor of John Adams fled to the new colonies in the early 1600s yet was not a Puritan escaping religious persecution in England but a member of the Order of the Dragon escaping the Devonshire persecution of the secret society:
“The Masonic-Rosicrucian tradition had a profound influence on the formation of American democracy but there was another European secret society which had a place in the early history of the nation. This fraternity centered round the Adams family who were…involved in the Revolution and provided the new republic with several Presidents. In 1823, President John Adams ordered a tombstone to be erected to mark the grave of his ancestor Henry Adams who had emigrated to the colonies from southwest England in the early 1600s. The gravestone records that Adams fled the Dragon persecution in Devonshire and founded a colony at Mount Walliston, which had been renamed Merrymount by the neo-pagan Thomas Morton.”
Ah yes, the founding of America! So much more than meets the (pyramidal) eye. And you may recall that an updated version of the vampiric Dracula tale is now on TV and the lead character is fighting against the vampire hunter/s of the Order of the Dragon which strikes me as confusing since ‘Drac’ (ula) and ‘Dragon’ have basically the same root meaning and Count Vlad (aka, Dracula) is said to have been a member of the society as was his father!
Basic info on the Order may be found at Wikipedia:
And finally, here’s a link to NBC’s website for Dracula where you can view a brief video preview of the show’s next episode this Friday night:
Now TV’s Dracula (well-played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers) eats and drinks but I wouldn’t expect his company for Thanksgiving dinner if I were you!
