By chance, do you happen to like sepia-toned images of fanciful figure studies? If so, a visit to Sepia Art Theater may be just the thing for you.
‘Art, Drama, and Chocolates’ is the art blog’s theme and all drawings are presented in sepia tones yet most images are linked to their full color versions! An Art Slideshow with script is available (scroll down a bit) but perhaps best of all, your ticket for attending is always complimentary.
At Sepia Art Theater, matinees run 24/7 so perhaps I’ll meet you there!

In summer 2005, I created an Art Gallery blog called Cosmic Persona Designs in order to showcase my drawings of adult-themed ‘fanciful figure studies’ which have recently been dubbed ‘Cosmo-Erotic Art’ for their eroticism-with-cosmic leanings.
Yet I cannot prevent my previous art training in Fashion Illustration, Layout, and Design from peeking through in most images as well as their providing a hat-tip to my interest in Astrology studies.
Yet you don’t have to be interested in Astrology to view them! Especially since we’re all in the cosmos together although some of us seem to forget that on a regular basis.
Art can civilize the savage beast, don’t you think?
So if you’re a mature viewer (17+) this is your cordial invitation to see the full portrait of ‘Gertrude’s Garter’ as part of a sassy and spinning Boudoir Blossoms Art Cube that you may freely share around if you wish!
Also you may desire to snag yourself a leisurely browse in my fancy Zazzle Art Shop of art-designed goodies…and rate or leave a comment, if you may.
Did you plop here looking for Political Astrology?
Well, I’ve been quite busy of late posting @ Stars Over Washington if you’re interested…today’s entry is on Senator Bernie Sanders’ current amendment to Audit the Fed. jc
Now appearing in sepia, here’s a drawing from my Cosmic Persona Designs collection of Chiffonery Art, Boudoir Blossoms, and other fanciful figure studies for the 17+ among us.
But if you’re as fond of sepia tones as I am, you may wish to sashay over to Sepia Art Theater for more! You might arrive just in time for rehearsals.
Just a heads-up about my Chiffonery Art renderings found in the sidebar column of Pages to your left, for a new portrait has been freshly added.
Look for ‘Chiffonery Art: Eugenie’s Mirror’ if you’re 17+, and check out the other Chiffonery Art ladies if you haven’t!
And if you’re old enough for mild adult content of the Art persuasion, you may view Boudoir Blossoms along with more Chiffonery portraits at Cosmic Persona Designs.
Click through the adult content warning – it won’t hurt ya one little bit.
A new Page in my Chiffonery Art series is now added in the sidebar column for 17+ aged viewers:
‘Chiffonery Art: Scorpio Girl’ if you’d like a peek!

And if you’re looking for a little Political Astrology, mosey over to Stars Over Washington where I’ve been posting article links and videos that concern the US Congress, the CIA, and Dick Cheney.
Or just stick with Art. That’d be my best advice for a smoothly functioning day.
Frisky Friday has rolled round again but since I’m having trouble with WordPress image uploads since I upgraded to IE8, I’m passing on a link to you of ‘Posing with Posies: Ruby’s Red Flowers’ a recent drawing in my Boudoir Blossoms collection of designs.
Note: my art gallery blog ‘Cosmic Persona Designs’ contains some adult or erotic art images (aka ‘Chiffonery Art’) although Ruby is quite innocent…’Ruby’s Red Flowers’ shouldn’t offend even the most discriminating, finicky viewer.
And Venus, whose favorite day of the week is Friday, is symbolized by Roses and probably loves the rest of the flower kingdom, too.
Actually Venus is quite the art patron, so have yourself a gallery sashay in support of the Arts, if you may!
‘Borrowed Glove Dispute’ – a fanciful Chiffonery Art drawing by Jude Cowell 2009+.
The Day of Venus is here once again, so Happy Friday, Everyone!
Update: one of my art blogs, Secret Moon Art, has now been updated to the newer, fresher Blogger layout, so please drop by when you get a moment and check out what’s been done with the place!
And if you’re an artist, I’d love to trade links with you especially since updating to the new layout loses all your former linky friends! Jude
Tropical storm Fay has killed 4 people already and is on her way toward the Florida Straits and the Gulf of Mexico, and is set to sweep through Cuba first, they said on my TV.
Fay – or ‘Faye’ in my family! - is a faerie-esque name that I’ve always liked and have even used it for one of my archetypal drawings, Faye’s Magic Lamp. Not much magic in stormy Fay, however, and I wish all well who may find themselves in her path.
It does seem that bad weather follows eclipses and August has been replete with Solar and Lunar lunations, hasn’t it? And August, forever my least favorite month, isn’t over yet.
So here’s a small something for the 17+ers (which may be two out of three readers, as I realize daily – otherwise who keeps searching for the word, ‘weed’?)…anyway, you may have seen this drawing’s image on this very blog, but here’s the original publishment of Faye’s Magic Lamp:
And how about a link to a brief Cosmic Art SlideShow for the Moon Art-inclined?
There! now you’re all hooked up, but no weed included, you naughty monkeys…well, except for:
It’s Frisky Friday, Everybody…discuss! ;p
