Having just published a link to an enlightening list of quotes and headlines from 1929 to 1931 and their likeness to words and deeds of the economic crisis of 2008, you may be interested in checking it out if you’re feeling financial today:
The post contains some interesting Astrology notes from July 1931, but is written in English, so not to fret if you don’t speak astrologese.
Or you may skip my post entirely and go directly to the list of quotes and headlines if you wish:
This list from Great Depression times makes for an interesting script that was followed by government, bankers, and mainstream media, yet with more than a little rehash 2008 going on – it’s sort of a ‘revival of a classic’ now playing at the Wall Street Theater.
So, have we? Have we learned anything?
Patrick Wood, editor of The August Review, has published a new article concerning the Obama administration and the grooming of Obama-the-candidate for the US presidency by Trilateral Commission co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski.
Obama’s cabinet and the White House are rife with Trilateralists which you may think is a-ok, but that’ s only if the ‘new world economic order’ is your goal as well, and devil take the hindmost.
That the current world financial crisis is part of their agenda seems crystal clear to me as today we hear in the media (their shills, and many highly positioned media types are Trilateral members, too) that the US economy shrank alarmingly in the 4th quarter of 2008…yet somehow they sound quite proud of this fact as they announce the bad news.
How could they be proud? Only if the economic meltdown – and all the things they’ve ‘tried’ like lower interests rates, billion-dollar “bailouts”, etc – are mere mystery plays, and are meant to fail so that the entire world will plead with the power elite to institute whatever system they please.
The coming Solar Eclipse of July 22, 2009 at the “Daughter of the American Revolution” degree (30 Cancer) fits neatly into this picture with its keyphrases: old systems will fail; new ideas and methods are needed in order to deal with events brought by this Eclipse; any blocks could be violently or tragically removed (paraphrased from Brady’s ‘Predictive Astrology’.)
Over 30 years ago my church clued me in about these things including separation of church and state (the blurring of which in America we’ve only seen a tad of…so far) but for several years I could relax. But given the political and financial landscapes in this New Millennium, I can relax no longer.
As NPR’s ‘MarketPlace’ just said on my radio: there’s worse to come.
So as Patrick Wood notes, the new world economic order is virtually upon us in spite of the ‘change’ we’ve been promised by a (supposedly) populist president.
Now, it’d be cool if Obama is what he purported himself to be while campaigning, but that’s a shimmering fairy tale with every candidate in every election, isn’t it?
And this is definitely one of those cases where you just want to be wrong – boy, I Hope I am. With his Kenyan ‘Egg of Power’ in the Oval Office, Pres. Obama is talking a populist game while surrounding himself with one-world-government Trilateralists…tsk tsk.
Are we the gullible ones, or is he?
Well, I wonder if we’re ready to be under complete control of the chaos-creating Trilateral Commissioners? Guess we should get to know them better, if we haven’t already:
(The article gives you the Commission’s original stated purpose – an eye-opener – plus, its fancier updated one – with no improvement made, imo.)
Here’s a recent post on Brzezinski which has a link to my other blog, Stars Over Washington, where you’ll find more of his natal chart details and a chart image…kind of like gazing into the raptor’s eyes…
Rob Ellman’s blog, Intrepid Liberal Journal, has an excellent video of a New Yorker’s ‘righteous rant’ on the financial crisis – check this out – this guy covers it all:
And here’s a Canadian view from the Toronto Star, which wonders aloud that the financial elite who caused the economic meltdown seem to have no shame over their actions and ineptitude:
There’s that word again: ineptitude, which is and was used so often concerning the Bush years.
Once again I’m not as quick to label the current crop of criminals-in-charge as ‘inept’ when they may be following a one-world-government script which – for them – is working quite dandily!
You may not believe in conspiracies, that’s your choice. Perhaps ‘the secret hand’ sounds like a creepy B-grade movie to you.
But IF the financial/power elite are breaking down the world economy (and other social structures) in order to reconstruct the world the way they want it (with permanent control placed in certain claws) then they’re doing a bang-up job with the current financial crisis, don’t you think? ~
Astrology Note: with Pluto (secret hand) now in Capricorn (structures and systems including financial, political, and legal) it’s bumpy rides all around…except for the select few varmints at the helm.
See the Solar Eclipse chart for July 22, 2009, which has an ‘old systems fail; new methods and ideas are needed to deal with issues brought by the eclipse; need for sudden reforms’ flavor opposing US natal Pluto (2 degr orb):
Yes, the 11 South Series is a doozy and last manifested on July 11, 1991, during the time when Bush Sr was shouting out for a New World Order. Now do you honestly think the world’s elite are ‘inept’?
Well, if you think Rubin hasn’t been blamed enough, here’s Timothy Noah’s article on one of the many architects of the financial mess we’re stewing in:
And do remember to check out The August Review’s excellent and ongoing work on the financial crisis, the Trilateral Commission, and certain highhanded financial and political agendas:
Asked won’t tell: banks won’t say where they’re spending OUR Bailout Billions! It’s a seeee-cret:
Yes, the G20 Summit in Washington this weekend has wrapped up with agreements to coordinate their economic efforts and to overhaul accounting rules. Whoo.
Accounting rules are probably in need of overhauling but following them honestly and consistently will be the next thing – the thing so many ignored so well.
Creative or fuzzy math, two or three sets of books, etc…banditry can occur no matter the rules, can’t it?
And NPR reported today that four countries were left out of this meeting: the Netherlands (quelle surprise!), Iran (non surprise!), Spain (whaa-a-a?), and Taiwan (hmmm…to placate China?)
The next summit is planned for late April, 2009 when a new US president will be on the case.
Also Barack Oabma has premiered his new Presidential YouTube Address but I’m not finding the video yet – are you? Perhaps it hasn’t occurred (or been published.) Dunno, but I will be watching for it since President-elect Obama will be using the YouTube format for his addresses, thus making the president’s Weekly Radio Address obsolete, I assume.
(Okay, under Bush I’ve referred to them as the ‘Weakly Radio Addresses’ and I’m unrepentant, but I hope this measly bit of “humor” can now be retired with a forward-looking, YouTube-y, text-messaging Obama presidency.)
In his first Presidential YouTube Address it is said that Obama is calling for congressional action on the economy Before he takes office, just so ya know. I would suppose this includes aid for the auto industry, but we’ll see.
